Foundational Coaching

Individuals at decision making positions heavily influence collectives culture. FCP creates scope for these individuals to initiate/strengthen their inner journey in service of collective transformation.

Our guiding principles in this process are listening deeply, facilitating deep thinking through questions and holding space to develop capacity for connectedness. Our hope is to coach individual to:

  • Demonstrate ability to deeply listen and faciliate difficult conversations
  • Nurture habbits and practices aligned to their personal growth journey
  • Nurture ability to process pain and conflict to hold strong relations
  • Show up as co-creators in each collectives process
  • Build self-awareness and reflection capability

Organisation Development

We see organizational development as the diagnosis and designing of processes and structures that affect an individual's relation with the group and vice versa. Some of the key activities within an OD intervention would include:

  • Diagnose the impact of existing structures and processes on individual's relationship with each other and their work .
  • Engage with individuals across the band to surface the aspirational nature of an individual's relationship with the collective .
  • Design structures to impact Individual experience/employee experience across their journey with the collective .
  • (Re)Imagine HR practices to nurture TMW's core values of community , inquiry, and humanness .
  • Implement formal structures which inherently evoke more informal parts of individuals.
