Knowledge of human transformation has been explored in all indigenous societies deeply. . In India too , there’s been a rich body of knowledge both in classical and folk traditions that explore the question - How do we transform human beings to embody deeper and deeper levels of authenticity and compassion? At Youth Alliance, our work has also been focussed on inner transformation of the human being. We have been creating transformational spaces for young people (18-35 years of age) for 11 years and we see the compounding effect of this work in their life path and social change journey.
In our ecosystem in India, we find very less orgs doing inner transformation work and even fewer using tools that are Indian origin to make that happen. Hence, we are delighted to announce a two-year long learning journey with 20 co-journeyers. It shall start in June 2023 and go on till May 2025.

Overview of the 2-year Learning Journey
- 6 experiential/embodied modules (mix of In-person and online), once every 4 months
- Antaranga Sadhana - Ongoing fortnightly group practice/coaching sessions – 90 minutes each

Know our facilitators
Naveen Vasudeva
Naveen is a student of Yoga. Over the last 17 years he has been engaged with the questions: "What does it mean to live meaningfully in today's times?" and "How may I offer the best of myself to the Whole?". This ongoing journey has been richly rewarding and fulfilling. He is a co-founder of Ritambhara and the founder of pūrṇam. His interests include Evolutionary Leadership, Integral Psychology and Process Work. He is particularly keen on working with young changemakers and those interested in bridging spirituality and social change. He loves reading, good cinema and spending time in 'nature'.
Apoorva Jalan
Apoorva used to work as a marketing executive in New York City and moved back to India in 2005 to pursue her curiosity for Yoga. She has trained and worked extensively in the tradition of Krisnamacharya for more than a decade now. She has been deeply inspired by her discovery of Yoga as a foundation of Indic Psychology and a powerful framework for examining the mental and emotional structures behind human behaviour. She offers and adapts the ancient tools of yoga to today’s language and context through personal sessions, Coaching, and leadership workshops. She teaches Yoga with the intention of helping people experience personal transformation and growth through simple practices.
She also works with other powerful frameworks such as Transgenerational Healing, The Mahabharata, Energy Work (Reiki), Chakras, Existential Universal Mapper (EUM-I and EUM-O), and Pandava Profile. She is pursuing her Fellowship in Process Work with Sumedhas Academy for Human Context. Bringing all this together, she curates and creates experiences where individuals can examine themselves and the context for personal transformation and healing in long term, sustainable ways.
