We are delighted to announce the incubation of a new layer in the organisation, Extended Core Group. Youth Alliance has co-created a non-conventional and evolutionary org model that draws the gift of an organisation yet transcends industrial mindset, balancing autonomy and interdependence for the staff members, building shared power, expanding co-ownership and striving to build a structure of belonging with our larger alumni community.

Extended Core Group will bring onboard upto 10 more people with our current staff capacity of 8-10 people, who are engaged in other vocations but aligned to the larger purpose of Youth Alliance. It is a form of deepening community co-travelling - deepening inner work practice, shared decisions, multi-representation of YA's purpose and decentralised co-creation.
As indicated above the org model of Youth Alliance includes several layers and Extended Core Group is a new layer that is being incubated.
The path for this layer is to slowly have four key dimensions, learn, engage, create and represent.
This layer holds multiple possibilities as indicated below.
