About the Session:
All of us are placed at the intersection of different communities/networks. These communities are built on certain power dynamics and an intentional or unintentional culture. What often goes missing in building of these communities is the gender lens and how they influence their structure and culture. In this conversation, we will explore how Gender shows up in our communities and what we could do to break rigid norms around them.
