The pandemic has opened doors for us to take a pause and reflect upon the systemic inequalities of our economic systems. Along with that it also gives an opportunity to involve ourselves in regenerative practises like connecting with the soil, growing our own food, cooking and many more such activities. Connecting with earth and growing, not only allows for a deep connection with our own food but also enables empathy for the millions of farmers and their contribution to our lives and the system. We see this as an intention to go deeper into reclaiming our own food systems now that the Fast Food industry is on a slow down and nuture our connection with the earth.

In the first webinar of our initiative 'Hope through the cracks', last Sunday(12th April,2020) we began learning about growing our own food with Purvi Vyas and Alok. Join us this Sunday for our 2nd webinar on learning to grow microgreens.

Microgreens are young vegetable leaves harvested when they are just 1-3 inches. They are highly aromatic and nutritious in nature. During this lockdown, if you've been wanting to take steps to reclaim this relationship and learn the essential skill of growing your food, starting with microgreens might be the right start. It requires very little space, little things to start with and is almost always a success.

19th April, Sunday 11-12pm Zoom Webinar
