Our vision is a world where each individual acts and leads towards achieving harmony with oneself, others and nature.
Our vision is a world where each individual acts and leads towards achieving harmony with oneself, others and nature.
At Youth Alliance, our work is anchored around facilitating transformational journeys of (un)learning, healing and enquiry through immersive and collective processes.
In 2019, the team came together to enquire into our values, our vision and mission, how we see the crisis in the world and also take a courageous leap to write our dream for the world. We put together all that in this detailed document.
Our 10 day long immersive journeys are the entry points for a young person to start their journey. Our longest running programs Gramya Manthan and Earth Shastra invite individuals into the journey of learning from each other, themselves and the context.
Once an individual has attended our immersive program, they are inducted into a life long support community of alumni. We have an active community of about 1000 people all over the country. Check out our work in various dimensions.
We have designed a 2 year long advanced alumni journey to deepen the inner work and systems work. What does taking self and system together look like and what we need to learn for that is what the first edition of our 2 year journey offered.
We offer and create personalised leadership journeys for social organisations for their teams and management. In the past we have worked with many organisations in diverse geographies strengthening their cultural processes.

“I have surely re-realized that there is a community, there are people who believe change is possible, who believe in the goodness of people, who are internally optimist. This sense of community and positivity coupled with challenges which makes me reflect on my own practices is something which calls me back to YA. Now I know it is a safe harbour but not one which puts me in a comfortable zone but one which invites me to take on challenges, one which questions my own value system”-Aditya Jain, ONUS’14
