With gratitude of having been supported over the years with a whole network of friends and supporters giving unconditionally, we are courageusly taking the next leap. By March 2024, we seek to onboard 100 monthly sustainers, both alumni and friends of YA, contributing towards the Alumni Community Work that enables life long co-travelling for changemakers.

Over the last 12 years, Youth Alliance has cultivated a pan-India community of changemakers, engaged meaningfully in showing up to the world. Its been an intentional design to keep creating spaces where alumni can come back, renew, reconnect and reorient themselves in the path of service. A commitment to life-long cotravelling. A natural question is how to fund this movement? Hence, monthly sustainers - for long term sustenance, autonomy, intimacy and community interdependence.

We are delighted to invite you to join us to sustain this movement by becoming monthly sustainers.

The work of nurturing leadership is subtle and deep. Today more than ever, investing in people is crucial to engage with the interconnected crises of our times. This means creating contexts for inner transformation, healing and community for our young people. This also means enabling them to make sense of our larger systemic realities of inequity, colonial worldview, capitalism and polarisation. This can be done best, when a community learns to sustains itself.

All monthly sustainer contribution shall be used to support the work of Alumni Community Building, this includes - Regional and National Gatherings (3-dayers), City Meet-ups, Advance Journeys, Online Engagements, 1-1 Mentoring, Alumni Fund, Toolkits and any other Alumni Services. And you may also chose to contribute specifically to pay-forward the experience of Gramya Manthan or Earth Shastra.
