Leadership Programs

Our leadership programs aim to identify such committed youngsters and help them develop skills to become leaders of change to tackle India’s overwhelming problems.We select youngsters with the best brains and hearts with a will to be the change from across the nation and  provide an all-round exposure  by conducting leadership forums, on-hands exposure, connecting them to mentors with emphasis on enterprise-led development.

 Lead The Change : It is dedicated to developing social leaders who are equipped with skills to solve the challenges faced by their communities. It involves exposing 30 youngsters in a 6 week program to pressing issues such as education, women empowerment, energy etc. They study these problems as well as solutions offered by role models & apply this experience to come up with solution for a local issue & in the process understand how to set up an enterprise.
